Dr. Safa Shawkat graduated with a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from the University of Jordan in Amman in 2007. She continued her education at Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Dentistry, earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) in 2012. She is a member of several dental organizations and associations, including the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), and the Hamilton Academy of Dentistry (HAD). Dr. Safa enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a particular interest in dental surgery, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
