Dentists

Dr. Reem Atout received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2000 and moved to California shortly after, where she obtained a California Dental License and practiced in general dentistry for several years. In 2009, Dr. Atout enrolled at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where she earned a Master of Science and a Certificate in Periodontology.   Dr. Atout was a full-time associate professor at the University of Manitoba from 2010 to 2019, and is currently an executive member and president of the Canadian Academy of Periodontology, a diplomate at the American Academy of Periodontology, and a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.  

Dr. Terry Koltek received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of Manitoba. Dr. Koltek is particularly interested in restorative and implant dentistry and temporomandibular disorders, and uniquely utilizes a dental microscope to provide enhanced treatment and care for his patients.   Dr. Koltek is currently an instructor in the Temporomandibular Disorder and Dental Sleep Medicine Clinic in the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba, and a mentor in the techniques of the Academy of Richard V. Tucker Study Clubs. Dr. Koltek lectures across Canada and the U.S. on his areas of dental specialty, is a member of numerous dental organizations, and is past president of both the Canadian Academy of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics, and the Winnipeg Dental Society.  Outside of dentistry, Dr. Koltek enjoys cooking, kayaking, and downhill and cross country skiing with his family, along with playing doubles squash and snooker with friends.  

After completing a Bachelor of Science, Dr. Marc Mollot obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Manitoba. He is fluently French/English bilingual and is a managing partner at Tuxedo Dental Group. Dr. Mollot practices all aspects of dentistry, with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and fixed prosthetic dentistry (crown and bridge). Dr. Mollot has served his profession both locally and nationally, including as a clinical instructor at the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Dentistry. He is actively involved in organized dentistry, serving on multiple provincial committees. Nationally, he has served at the committee level with the Canadian Dental Association and is currently an evaluator for the National Dental Examining Board. Dr. Mollot is the recipient of the Certificate of Merit by the Canadian Dental Association for his work on both the Ethics advisory and the Dental Materials and Devices advisory. In 2005, he became a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, recognized for outstanding contributions to the art and science of dentistry. He was also named a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists for his experience in the field.Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mollot is a member of the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN). He enjoys spending time at the family cottage, downhill skiing, and cycling with his wife and their three kids, and is an avid Jets fan!  

After attending the University of Manitoba Faculty of Sciences for her undergraduate studies, Dr.  Nina Cianflone completed both her Bachelor of Science in Dentistry and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees at the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry in Winnipeg. She then continued her studies by pursuing a General Practice Residency through the University of Alberta, expanding her skillset and knowledge as a general practitioner. Dr. Cianflone enjoys practicing comprehensive general dentistry, with a keen interest in fixed prosthodontics (crown and bridge) and aesthetic dentistry.  Dr. Cianflone was honoured with a variety of awards and scholarships throughout her dental education, including awards in endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, and dentures), and leadership. Outside of dental practice, Dr. Cianflone enjoys being involved in her community through volunteerism. She particularly enjoys mentoring, and has participated in the University of Manitoba Rady Faculty of Health Sciences Community Mentorship Program, which supports young people interested in pursuing health care careers.   Dr. Cianflone is thrilled to be serving the Winnipeg community where she was born and raised. In her off-time, she enjoys outdoor running, yoga, traveling, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

After attending the University of Winnipeg where he worked on his Bachelor of Science, Dr. Dominic Gooi received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from the University of Manitoba – College of Dentistry. Dr. Gooi is enthusiastic and passionate about all fields of dentistry, including restorative dentistry, endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics (crown and bridge) and extractions.   Dr. Gooi firmly believes and always strives to ensure each and every one of his patients is involved in the decision-making process of their treatment, providing them with all the necessary information needed to make a well-informed decision. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Gooi can be found spending time with his friends and family, fishing at the lake, playing a round of golf, downhill skiing or staying active in the gym.

After completing a Bachelor’s of Science, Dr. Kindrat obtained his D.M.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2002, graduating with honors and receiving multiple academic and didactic awards. Since 2005 Dr. Kindrat has been a managing partner at Tuxedo Dental Group, practicing all aspects of general dentistry with special interest in implant surgery. He is currently a board member with the Winnipeg Dental society, has served on key committees within the Manitoba Dental Association, and has been a part time clinical instructor at University of Manitoba College of Dentistry. In 2008, Dr. Kindrat was named a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology after completing education at both the Misch International Implant Institute and Toronto Implant Institute. In 2011 he completed a pharmacological behavior management program and has since been certified to provide IV sedation services at Tuxedo Dental Group. In 2014 he was nominated by colleagues and named a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Kindrat is an active member of The Canadian Dental Association, the Manitoba Dental Association, the Winnipeg Dental Society, Winnipeg Sedation Study Club and the Winnipeg division of the Seattle Study Club.
