Dr. Sara Marandi

Dr. Sara Marandi graduated in 2005, and proceeded to practice in both private and public settings. In 2012 she took a one year sabbatical from practicing dentistry and successfully pursued a Master’s Degree in Global Health at the renowned Karolinska Institute in Sweden. Upon completion of her program she arrived in Toronto and secured research positions at both Mount Sinai Hospital and the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto. She was also a Primary Leader for the mentorship program Make World Change at Dalla Lana School of Public Health Sciences. Dr. Marandi enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends, gardening, working out and photography.
